Quorum Architects, a commercial architecture and interior design firm based in Fort Worth, has announced the addition of Carlos Martinez as project manager with its animal care design team.<\/p>\n
After graduating from the Universidad de San Pedro Sula in Honduras, Martinez co-founded Arquitectos Asociados, a successful design studio specializing in residential development and appraisal services for large lenders in Honduras.<\/p>\n
The Quorum animal design team, whose projects have historically been based in Texas, has expanded its reach to Arkansas and Oklahoma.<\/p>\n
\u201cCarlos has positively impacted our team in multiple ways \u2014 he has the skill set needed to manage projects from planning, design development, and interfacing with the clients to maintaining schedules and budgets,\u201d said Principal Kim Dowdy-Hickman, director of Animal Care Design, in a statement.<\/p>\n
Martinez expects to become a\u00a0licensed architect by the end of 2026.<\/p>\n
Martinez moved to New York in 2015 and later relocated to DFW, where he gained multifamily and retail experience with design firms and developers before discovering animal welfare design at Quorum.<\/p>\n
