PHOENIX (AZFamily)<\/b> \u2014 One person is dead after a driver crashed into a median wall along a freeway transition ramp in central Phoenix late Monday night.<\/p>\n

At about 10:45 p.m., first responders responded to the Mini Stack<\/a> near the I-10 and State Route 51, on reports of a car hitting a wall, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.<\/p>\n

Troopers arrived and found a car had gone over the embankment at the transition ramp of eastbound I-10 and northbound SR 51.<\/p>\n

\"OneOne person is dead and two are injured after a crash at the Phoenix Ministack on Nov. 3, 2025.(Arizona Department of Transportation)<\/p>\n

One person died on scene, according to DPS. Two people were taken to the hospital, and their condition wasn\u2019t known.<\/p>\n

Authorities say one person was thrown out as a result of the wreck. The investigation remains ongoing.<\/p>\n
