After unofficial voting totals in Guadalupe<\/a> and Bexar<\/a> counties, Belinda Evans and Ciera Wilkerson are heading to a runoff election for Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD’s Place 7 board of trustees<\/a> position.<\/p>\n

The details<\/strong><\/p>\n

Evans, the incumbent in the race, received 4,384 <\/strong>votes, or 46.08%<\/strong> of the vote. Wilkerson, one of two challengers, received 2,821<\/strong> votes, or 29.65%<\/strong> of the vote. The third candidate, Jeffrey Kerlick, received 2,308<\/strong> votes or 29.65%.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A total of 21,804 <\/strong>ballots were cast across elections in Guadalupe County, representing 16.37%<\/strong> of registered voters. In Bexar County, 248,428 <\/strong>votes were cast, representing 19.31%<\/strong> of voters.<\/p>\n

Evans, the incumbent in the race, received 2,834<\/strong> early votes, or 48.01% <\/strong>of the vote.<\/p>\n

Challenging her for the board seat are Ciera Wilkerson and Jeffrey Kerlick. Wilkerson has received 1,656<\/strong> votes or 28.05%<\/strong>, while Kerlick has received 1,413<\/strong> votes or 23.94%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A total of 148,450<\/strong> early votes were cast throughout Bexar County races, representing 11.54%<\/strong> of the county\u2019s registered voters.<\/p>\n

In Guadalupe County, 11,574<\/strong> ballots were cast across elections, representing 8.69%<\/strong> of registered voters.<\/p>\n
