After 35 years at Hot AC \u201cStar 102.5<\/a>\u201d KSTZ, Jimmy Wright is moving to Classic Hits 93.3 KIOA<\/a> as Content Director and afternoon host. Wright has been with KSTZ and predecessor \u201cQ102<\/strong>\u201d KRNQ since 1990 and most recently served as APD\/MD\/afternoon host. He also programs CHR \u201cHits 99.9<\/a>\u201d K260AM\/KIOA-HD2.<\/p>\n Cluster Operations Manager Leigh McNabb, who also had the programming and afternoon host role on KIOA, will take on those duties at KSTZ where she replaces morning host Ken Auge as Content Director.<\/p>\n Wright said, \u201cI grew up listening to KIOA. My family listens too. It\u2019s an honor to be a part of a legendary station like KIOA. I\u2019m excited and looking forward to working with a GREAT staff. I\u2019m living the dream!\u201d<\/p>\n VP\/General Manager Stephanie Heide added, \u201cWe are excited to promote Jimmy to this position. McNabb joined Saga Des Moines in September 2019 to program KIOA and rose to Operations Manager in 2020 and cluster Director of Content in September. She previously programmed Audacy Hot AC \u201c99.7 The Point<\/strong>\u201d KZPT Kansas City from 2015-19, was APD\/MD of CHR \u201c103.7 Kiss-FM<\/strong>\u201d WXSS-FM Milwaukee, co-hosted mornings at WZOK Rockford IL and had roles at Saga clusters in Des Moines and Champaign IL early in her career.<\/p>\n
