One month away until National Signing Day, one of the top defensive linemen in the 2026 classes has reopened his recruitment.<\/p>\n

Four-star DL Dylan Berymon<\/a><\/strong> backed off his commitment to the Texas<\/a><\/strong> Longhorns on Wednesday, he tells Rivals.<\/p>\n

Berymon committed to Texas in June. <\/p>\n

USC and Mississippi State were finalists for Berymon prior to his commitment to the Longhorns over the summer. LSU, Ole Miss and Texas A&M were other SEC programs squarely in the mix with the Louisiana prospect during stretches of his recruitment.<\/p>\n

The Rivals Industry Ranking No. 23 DL out of Monroe (La.) Ouachita Parish<\/a><\/strong> has made a string of visits back to the Forty Acres and also Ole Miss this fall. Berymon has made a pair of game-day visits to Oxford, most recently to catch the Rebels against LSU.<\/p>\n

Berymon is tabbed as the No. 216 overall prospect in the 2026 class, according to the\u00a0Rivals Industry Ranking<\/strong><\/a>, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
