Comments can be submitted via email or by mail addressed to:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0ADEQ<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Water Quality Division, Groundwater Section<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Attn: Rosi Sherrill\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a01110 W.
