Meanwhile, the community\u2019s Heritage Homes have private yards and front porches.<\/p>\n Each single-family home features a gourmet kitchen, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, vinyl plank flooring, Ring doorbell, smart thermostat and a two-car garage that is pre-wired for EV chargers.<\/p>\n \u201cThe Bower Willo is the type of of housing that many in the community have been looking for.
