Visitors can enjoy free outdoor fun including local vendors, a beer garden, dance performances, Japanese games, anime screenings and karaoke. Festivities begin at 10 a.m., with the duck launch set for 10:45 a.m. Spectators can watch 5,000 rubber ducks race along Buffalo Bayou for prizes awarded to the top finishers and a few surprise &#8220;lucky duck&#8221; winners.
