Trading two of your best defensive players will make it hard for the offense without many weapons to keep up, even against the Browns with rookie QB Dillon Gabriel.

Even if wide receiver Garrett Wilson returns from a knee injury that kept him out the last two games, it’s gonna be hard for the Jets’ offense to put many points on the board versus a dominant Browns defense that had former NFL Defensive Player of the Year have five sacks in a single game prior to their Week 9 bye.

It’ll be a low-scoring affair again at MetLife, with the Jets losing their eighth game and having to prepare for a short week on the road against the division leading Patriots on Thursday night in Foxboro.

Bob Jordan

The pick: Browns 38, Jets 10

Here’s why: The Jets blew it up but nine weeks too late.

Brian Marron

The pick: Browns 20, Jets 9

Here’s why: In a battle of putrid offenses, the Browns should at least have a distinct advantage on one side of the ball. Cleveland ranks second in the NFL in yards allowed per game, and the Jets just traded arguably their two best defensive players. The Browns should be able shut down the Jets’ offense and win an ugly game.

Dave Rivera

The pick: Browns 27, Jets 13

Here’s why: No Sauce. No Quinnen. No problem, right? Maybe someday, but not this Sunday.

Breaking down the biggest moves from the 2025 NFL trade deadline USA TODAY Sports’ Prince Grimes recaps the…

[5122
5229,8015,8019,45669,10891,13593,1544,3189,12102,1318,165323,31962,12940,22967,11652,174882,143891,12356,34007,48218,641,34508,1571,5382,451,942,635,405,403,4716,5287,50,16940,5226,5225,1232,12623,15747,62492,62490,62491,17354,62484,5228,5227,450,457,950,1448,62493,12100,174881,144384,174880,67502,34008,68768,15776,3190,33075,1926,15779,62,1458,15777,639,661,646,67,586,132,5230,68,2969,467,640,2612,22869,636
0":"post-359572","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-new-york","8":"tag-america","9":"tag-american","10":"tag-american-football","11":"tag-browns","12":"tag-central","13":"tag-cleveland","14":"tag-cleveland-browns","15":"tag-content","16":"tag-content-sharing-ny-pro-sports","17":"tag-football","18":"tag-gardner","19":"tag-garrett","20":"tag-garrett-wilson","21":"tag-giants","22":"tag-hub","23":"tag-jermaine","24":"tag-jermaine-johnson","25":"tag-jersey","26":"tag-jets","27":"tag-johnson","28":"tag-know","29":"tag-morristown","30":"tag-national","31":"tag-national-sports","32":"tag-negative","33":"tag-neutral","34":"tag-new","35":"tag-new-york","36":"tag-new-york-city","37":"tag-new-york-giants","38":"tag-new-york-jets","39":"tag-news","40":"tag-newton","41":"tag-newyork","42":"tag-newyorkcity","43":"tag-nfl","44":"tag-nfl-hub","45":"tag-nj","46":"tag-nj-content-sharing-morristown","47":"tag-nj-content-sharing-north-jersey","48":"tag-nj-content-sharing-shore-central","49":"tag-north","50":"tag-northeast","51":"tag-ny","52":"tag-nyc","53":"tag-overall","54":"tag-overall-negative","55":"tag-overall-neutral","56":"tag-pa","57":"tag-pa-content-sharing-northeast","58":"tag-pro","59":"tag-quincy","60":"tag-quincy-williams","61":"tag-quinnen","62":"tag-quinnen-williams","63":"tag-sauce","64":"tag-sauce-gardner","65":"tag-scores","66":"tag-sharing","67":"tag-shore","68":"tag-sport","69":"tag-sport-scores-u0026-statistics","70":"tag-sports","71":"tag-sports-news","72":"tag-statistics","73":"tag-ttp","74":"tag-ttp-what-we-know","75":"tag-u0026","76":"tag-united-states","77":"tag-united-states-of-america","78":"tag-unitedstates","79":"tag-unitedstatesofamerica","80":"tag-us","81":"tag-usa","82":"tag-we","83":"tag-what","84":"tag-williams","85":"tag-wilson","86":"tag-york
["GET
