JACKSONVILLE, Fla.<\/strong> \u2013 There are some tasty spots around the Jacksonville area to enjoy that mid-morning meal lovingly known as brunch.<\/p>\n

But the best one, according to our News4JAX Insiders, is Biscottis in Avondale.<\/p>\n

Biscottis, located on St. Johns Avenue, offers an extensive menu of cakes, breakfast, lunch and dinner options.<\/p>\n

Its delicious small plates served in the historic, brick-lined space earned it top honors for Best Brunch in the Jacksonville area in our JAXBest 2025 contest.<\/p>\n

The bistro beat out fellow finalists Coop 303, River and Post and The District SPR.<\/p>\n

Biscottis also has the Snail of Approval by Slow Food First Coast, meaning that the restaurant supports local farmers and food artisans, sustainable agriculture, cultural food traditions, and humane practices.<\/p>\n

Biscottis is open Monday-Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.<\/p>\n

Friday hours are 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 p.m.<\/p>\n

Saturday hours are 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.<\/p>\n

Sunday hours are 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.<\/p>\n
