{"id":360590,"date":"2025-11-06T20:48:10","date_gmt":"2025-11-06T20:48:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/360590\/"},"modified":"2025-11-06T20:48:10","modified_gmt":"2025-11-06T20:48:10","slug":"international-home-shoppers-are-interested-in-houston-real-estate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/360590\/","title":{"rendered":"International home shoppers are interested in Houston real estate"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Houston metro area makes up 2.3% of all international home searches for United States properties \u2014 and while that may not sound like a lot, it\u2019s the sixth-highest rate of any metro area in the country, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtor.com\/research\/q3-2025-international-demand\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">data from Realtor.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The median Houston home price viewed by those international shoppers during the third quarter of the year was $405,000, 11.7% higher than the typical home viewed by domestic shoppers.<\/p>\n<p>Nationwide, the highest rate of internet traffic from international home shoppers was in <a href=\"https:\/\/southfloridaagentmagazine.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Miami<\/a> at 8.4%, followed by New York at 5.6%, Los Angeles at 4.8% and Orlando, Florida at 2.7%.
