HEBRON, N.H. (WHDH) – A shocking sight for a woman in Hebron, New Hampshire. She found a bobcat inside her home!<\/p>\n
\u201cI just started to go out that door, and I saw a cat,\u201d Leslie Smith-Aprea said, who found the bobcat. \u201cI thought it was stuffed at first, I guess. I don\u2019t know what I thought, really. I couldn\u2019t comprehend it for a second.\u201d<\/p>\n
Smith-Aprea said her husband returned home from walking their dog and left the door wide open, allowing the bobcat to get inside.<\/p>\n
Surveillance video shows the bobcat headed toward the home. <\/p>\n
\u201cThere he was, climbing up my walls, scratching the heck out of them,\u201d Smith-Aprea said.<\/p>\n
Smith-Aprea\u2019s husband and son managed to coax the cat back outside.<\/p>\n
\u201cI knew it wanted to get out, it was really a juvenile, you know?\u201d Smith-Aprea said. \u201cBut, too big for me to handle, I don\u2019t even like regular house cats.\u201d<\/p>\n
Smith-Aprea said she\u2019ll use the damage to the house as a playful reminder for her husband.<\/p>\n
\u201cI will kind of use this against him a few times,\u201d she said. \u201cHe\u2019s the most careful person I\u2019ve ever met, but\u2026\u201d she continued jokingly. <\/p>\n
