Drinks come from business partner Leanne Favre, who was at Leyenda. 397 Tompkins Avenue at Monroe Street<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph target=\"_blank\">opened<\/a>, an Italian-style patio pizzeria and bar from Sean Feeney, a co-owner of pasta spot<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lilianewyork.com\/about\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> Lilia<\/a> with Missy Robbins. 159 Bridge Park Drive, at Pier 5<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph n2hx75i _1knl15h1 target=\"_blank\"><strong>Hundredfold<\/strong><\/a> has <a href=\"https:\/\/ny.eater.com\/new-york-restaurant-news\/400036\/fini-patio-bar-opens-fini-pizza-brooklyn-heights-new-restaurant\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">opened<\/a>, a French\u2011American brasserie by Los Angeles chef Timothy Hollingsworth, also behind <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/eatatchain\/?source=omni_redirect\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Chain<\/a>. 2501 Hempstead Turnpike near Clearfield Avenue<\/p>\n<p noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Fogo de Ch\u00e3o <\/strong><\/a>has opened, which is the newest location of the Brazilian steakhouse chain. 40 Courtlandt Way, Tower 3 at the World Trade Center<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph n2hx75i _1knl15h1 _1knl15h0 cej01i1\"><strong>Fidi:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pariscafenyc.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>The Paris Caf\u00e9<\/strong><\/a> has reopened, a historic French-style tavern and bar, a collaboration between Legeard Studio and Opus Hospitality, of which this is<a href=\"https:\/\/culinaryagents.com\/entities\/889378-opus-hospitality-group#\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> its first noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Samsaen<\/strong><\/a> has opened from chef Dhanapol \u201cOak\u201d Marprasert, a Thai spot that channels Bangkok, named for a district in that city. 480 Ninth Avenue, between 36th and 37th streets<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph n2hx75i _1knl15h1 _1knl15h0 cej01i1\"><strong>Tribeca:<\/strong> Jason and Yvonne Metz behind ramen sushi bar Zutto have opened a casual sit-down spot <a href=\"https:\/\/tribecacitizen.com\/2025\/07\/02\/sneak-peek-wok-in-duane\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Wok in Duane<\/strong><\/a>, a pan-Asian noodle and wok station. 181 Duane, at Greenwich Street<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph n2hx75i _1knl15h1 _1knl15h0 cej01i1\"><strong>Upper West Side: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tacos-cano-575335.square.site\/?location_id=LSFDKEWVBP2FD&amp;fulfillment=PICKUP\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Tacos Cano<\/strong><\/a> has opened, a casual Mexican taco counter with birria and items like \u201cbaby burritos.\u201d West Side Rag <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westsiderag.com\/2025\/07\/02\/openings-tacos-cano-bar-boulud-sud-and-epicerie-boulud-the-u-bar-frame-open-streets\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">reports<\/a> that the former restaurant in the space for 26 years, <a href=\"https:\/\/ny.eater.com\/2025\/6\/6\/24439443\/nyc-restaurant-closings-june-2025\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Taqueria y Fonda<\/a>, sold the business to Alexis Cano and his father, Elio. Both families are originally from Guerrero, Mexico, 968 Amsterdam, between West 107 and 108 streets<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph n2hx75i _1knl15h1 _1knl15h0 cej01i1\"><strong>Upper West Side: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theubarandgrill.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>The U Bar and Grill<\/strong><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westsiderag.com\/2025\/07\/02\/openings-tacos-cano-bar-boulud-sud-and-epicerie-boulud-the-u-bar-frame-open-streets\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">has opened<\/a> from Maria Figueroa, who also runs Inwood Bar and Grill in Upper Manhattan. Look for a menu of burgers, sandwiches, salads, pasta, and brunch. 1207 Amsterdam Avenue, between West 119 and 120th streets<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph n2hx75i _1knl15h1 _1knl15h0 cej01i1\"><strong>Upper West Side: <\/strong>West Side Rag talked to co-owner Fay Karoon of Thai coffee shop <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westsiderag.com\/2025\/07\/02\/openings-tacos-cano-bar-boulud-sud-and-epicerie-boulud-the-u-bar-frame-open-streets\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Typhoon Caf\u00e9<\/strong><\/a>, which has opened in the neighborhood. For now, it\u2019s drinks-focused. Karoon owns another cafe in Thailand and moved to New York six months ago, but previously lived in Boston and Seattle. 947 Columbus Avenue, between West 106 and 107 streets<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph n2hx75i _1knl15h1 _1knl15h0 cej01i1\"><strong>Williamsburg: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ny.eater.com\/restaurant-openings\/399947\/rose-marie-restaurant-bar-open-yellow-rose\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Rose Marie<\/strong><\/a> has opened, a casual eclectic bar and restaurant from the Tex-Mex <a href=\"https:\/\/ny.eater.com\/2024\/9\/12\/24241763\/rose-marie-bar-opening-yellow-rose-williamsburg\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Yellow Rose<\/a> team. 524 Lorimer Street at Frost Street<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"This is Eater\u2019s guide to all the new restaurants, bars, and cafes that have opened this week.
