David Beador<\/strong><\/a> may have just requested a restraining order against his estranged wife, Lesley Beador<\/strong><\/a>, and filed for divorce<\/a>,\u00a0but that didn\u2019t stop him from enjoying a night out with her on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Two weeks after the 60-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County<\/strong><\/a> alum claimed Lesley, 41, had physically attacked him and accused him of being gay, David reunited with his spouse in Montana, where the two of them were photographed spending time together at the Montage Big Sky resort.<\/p>\n

\u201cYes that\u2019s David Beador who has a restraining order on the woman sitting next to him,\u201d Bravo and Cocktails wrote on Instagram<\/a> on July 2.<\/p>\n

The fan page also shared an eyewitness account, which read, \u201cThey weren\u2019t talking to each other at all \u2026 she was on her phone a lot and he looked half asleep.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lesley further confirmed that the two of them were in Montana together by sharing a number of photos of herself at Montage Big Sky on her Instagram Story. One of the photos included her and David\u2019s four-year-old daughter<\/a>, Anna Love.<\/p>\n

\u201cMini,\u201d Lesley wrote in the caption of her photo with Anna.<\/p>\n

\u201cBig sky,\u201d she added with her second image, which included a look at the mountains of Montana.<\/p>\n

Lesley also featured a solo shot on her main IG page.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cMontana you have my heart!\u201d she declared as she included Lainey Wilson\u2019s \u201cWatermelon Moonshine,\u201d which features lyrics like, \u201cWe threw a blanket \u2018neath the sunset bein\u2019 brave as eighteen gets,\u201d and, \u201cWe gave each other more than our hearts with the help of a mason jar.\u201d<\/p>\n

In court documents filed on June 17, David suggested that Lesley married him for money and accused her of being violent with him on a number of occasions.<\/p>\n

\u201cLesley is a pathological liar and she will state under penalty of perjury literally anything that will benefit her,\u201d he declared, via Us Weekly<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

According to David, their most recent fight took place ahead of a planned trip to New York.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe started to argue back and forth, and she made several demeaning comments, and she was again attempting to provoke me as she has done on many occasions in the past. During our argument, Lesley physically attacked me, gouging large chunks of skin out of my arm,\u201d David recalled. \u201cIt should be further noted that during the altercation, Lesley actually shoved her fingers into my mouth attempting to silence me and later developed a self-serving narrative that I unilaterally bit her fingers!\u201d<\/p>\n

David also claimed Lesley \u201cforcefully slapped\u201d him several times before traveling to their home in Montana<\/a>.<\/p>\n

David and Lesley tied the knot<\/a> in October 2020.<\/p>\n
