The actress\u2019 attorneys allege she lost multimillions due to her reputation being harmed, according to Variety<\/a>. Baldoni has vehemently denied the accusations.<\/p>\n She\u2019s also suing Baldoni\u2019s publicity team for allegedly masterminding a smear campaign against her following her allegations. Her\u00a0claim against Jed Wallace<\/a>, a social media public relations expert, was dismissed in July.<\/p>\n Baldoni countersued Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, for extortion and defamation in January.
