Built from insights of 60 ecosystem leaders\u2014founders, investors, policymakers, and academics\u2014the report calls for bold reforms in policy, education, access to capital, and deep-tech innovation.&#8221;We now have the opportunity to architect an ecosystem that is inclusive by design and transformative by intent,&#8221; said Madan Padaki, president of TiE Bangalore.The report&#8217;s ambitious goals include startups contributing 15% to India&#8217;s GDP, 50 million new jobs, and over 100 global IPOs. It proposes embedding entrepreneurship in 75% of secondary schools and 80% of higher ed institutions\u2014engaging 1 million students annually in startup thinking. Challenges include fragmented policies, weak capital access, and little systemic support for failed founders.
