Police say four suspects were taken into custody. Two others remain on the run.<\/p>\n

HOUSTON \u2014 Six suspects took off running after officers stopped a vehicle in the Heights linked to a theft Friday evening, according to Houston police<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The chase ended near the intersection of Heights Blvd. and East 4th Street, where investigators say the group abandoned an infant inside the vehicle as they took off.<\/p>\n

According to Houston police, four of the suspects were taken into custody, and officers from South Central, Central and the K9 Unit were searching for the remaining two.<\/p>\n

Police have not released additional details about the suspects or the child\u2019s condition.\u00a0<\/p>\n
