She also believes it has helped her combat stress\" class=\"blkBorder img-share\" style=\"max-width:100%\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>   <\/p>\n<p class=\"imageCaption\">She said she feels &#8216;physically stronger and leaner&#8217; and claimed that her skin is &#8216;glowing.&#8217; She also believes it has helped her combat stress<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">And after roughly 40 days of doing this every single day, she has seen some pretty impressive results.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Not only does she feel &#8216;physically stronger and leaner,&#8217; but she said she has already lost some weight.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;In the first 30 days I lost four pounds which was big for me because jumping was the only thing I had changed,&#8217; she dished. &#8216;I&#8217;m past day 40 and I&#8217;ve continued to lose.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;My watch, rings and pants all got looser. The appearance of my cellulite is diminished and people tell me my skin looks glowing.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">But more important is the impact that it has had on her mood.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;Mental health wise has been the biggest shift by far. This brings me joy like child-like level of joy,&#8217; she continued.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;I start my day and I actually want to get out of bed which is crazy because I&#8217;m not a morning person at all.
