One person was killed and two others were injured in a five-vehicle crash in Chicago’s West Lawn neighborhood, police said.<\/p>\n
The crash was reported at approximately 7:25 a.m. Saturday along West Marquette Road near South Hamlin Avenue. Police said three people were in a dark-colored Infinity traveling westbound when it struck a dark-colored Kia sedan driven by a 32-year-old man.<\/p>\n
The Kia was going in the same direction as the Infinity, police said. Following the initial crash, the Infinity struck three additional vehicles, which were parked. <\/p>\n
An unidentified male was taken to an area hospital and pronounced dead, authorities said. A 26-year-old was hospitalized with unknown injuries and listed in good condition, police stated. A third individual, also a 26-year-old man, was taken to the hospital in unknown crash. <\/p>\n
