Fan-filmed video of the various performances can be seen below.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ozzy<\/b> died on July 22 of a heart attack, his death certificate revealed. The certificate filed in London also said <b>Osbourne<\/b> suffered from coronary artery disease and Parkinson&#8217;s disease.<\/p>\n<p>A private funeral service for <b>Ozzy<\/b> was held on July 31 on the 250-acre grounds of the house the legendary <b>BLACK SABBATH<\/b> singer and his wife bought in 1993 in Buckinghamshire, England. Only 110 of the singer&#8217;s friends and family members attended the service, including his <b>SABBATH<\/b> bandmates, <b>Robert Trujillo<\/b> (METALLICA),<b>Rob Zombie<\/b>, <b>Zakk Wylde<\/b>, <b>Marilyn Manson<\/b> and <b>Corey Taylor<\/b> (SLIPKNOT).<\/p>\n<p>The day before the private funeral, thousands of fans gathered in the streets of Birmingham to pay tribute to <b>Ozzy<\/b>. <b>Sharon<\/b>, along with their children <b>Aim\u00e9e<\/b>, <b>Kelly<\/b> and <b>Jack<\/b>, joined mourners for the emotional tribute.<\/p>\n<p>A little over four months ago, <b>Ozzy<\/b> reunited with the rest of the original <b>BLACK SABBATH<\/b> lineup \u2014 guitarist <b>Tony Iommi<\/b>, bassist <b>Geezer Butler<\/b> and drummer <b>Bill Ward<\/b> \u2014 for what was his final performance at the <b>&#8220;Back To The Beginning&#8221;<\/b> charity concert in their original hometown of Birmingham, United Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>At <b>&#8220;Back To The Beginning&#8221;<\/b>, <b>Ozzy<\/b> played a five-song set with his solo band \u2014 consisting of guitarist <b>Zakk Wylde<\/b>, bassist <b>Mike Inez<\/b>, keyboardist <b>Adam Wakeman<\/b> and drummer <b>Tommy Clufetos<\/b> \u2014 before being joined by <b>Iommi<\/b>, <b>Butler<\/b> and <b>Ward<\/b> for four classic <b>SABBATH<\/b> songs: <b>&#8220;War Pigs&#8221;<\/b>, <b>&#8220;Iron Man&#8221;<\/b>, <b>&#8220;N.I.B.&#8221;<\/b> and <b>&#8220;Paranoid&#8221;<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ozzy<\/b>&#8216;s solo set consisted of four songs from <b>Osbourne<\/b>&#8216;s 1980 solo debut album <b>&#8220;Blizzard Of Ozz&#8221;<\/b> \u2014 <b>&#8220;I Don&#8217;t Know&#8221;<\/b>, <b>&#8220;Mr. Crowley&#8221;<\/b>, <b>&#8220;Suicide Solution&#8221;<\/b> and <b>&#8220;Crazy Train&#8221;<\/b> \u2014 along with his 1991 <b>&#8220;No More Tears&#8221;<\/b> ballad <b>&#8220;Mama, I&#8217;m Coming Home&#8221;<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>The 76-year-old heavy metal singer sang while seated on a black throne and appeared overcome with emotion at times. &#8220;You have no idea how I feel.
