As of Saturday, the website shows which United flights have been canceled through Tuesday, Nov. 11. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, a banner on the Sky Harbor Airport website said they are expecting delays due to &#8220;air traffic constraints&#8221; and asked all travelers to confirm their flight with their airline.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.12news.com\/article\/news\/nation-world\/faa-flight-reductions-tied-to-shutdown-begin\/507-8aef48f9-30ef-4978-a52b-4014ab955134\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hundreds of flights have been cancelled at 40 major<\/a> U.S. airports as part of the Federal Aviation Administration&#8217;s effort to phase in 10% reductions because of the government shutdown.<\/p>\n<p>The FAA said the reductions would start at 4% and ramp up to 10% by Nov. 14. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy told Fox News the cuts could go up to 20% if the shutdown continues.<\/p>\n<p>The FAA is imposing the reductions to take pressure off air traffic controllers, who are federal employees and have been working without pay during the shutdown.<\/p>\n<p>If your flight is canceled, United Airlines will rebook customers.
