{"id":366000,"date":"2025-11-09T03:47:12","date_gmt":"2025-11-09T03:47:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/366000\/"},"modified":"2025-11-09T03:47:12","modified_gmt":"2025-11-09T03:47:12","slug":"nypd-searching-for-attempted-rape-suspect-in-brooklyn-nbc-new-york","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/366000\/","title":{"rendered":"NYPD searching for attempted rape suspect in Brooklyn \u2013 NBC New York"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The New York Police Department is asking for help to find a man wanted in connection with an attempted rape in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.<\/p>\n<p>Police say a woman in her late 20s was entering a residence on the night of Friday, Oct. 24, when the unidentified person approached the woman and pushed his way into the home, in the area of Cook Street and Ave. of Puerto Rico, also known as Graham Ave.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators say the man then exposed himself and tried to remove the woman\u2019s clothing.\u00a0The attacker then ran off, going southbound on Graham Ave.<\/p>\n<p>The woman was not physically hurt.<\/p>\n<p>The Brooklyn Special Victims Squad is investigating the attack and released images of the man they are looking for.\u00a0They say he has a cursive tattoo over his eyebrow.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/2694-25-Att-Rape-90-Pct_photo2-002-1.jpg\" loading=\"lazy\"   alt=\" \"\/><\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the\u00a0NYPD&#8217;s Crime Stoppers\u00a0Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477), or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
