Screengrab via X\/@Rate_the_Refs<\/p>\n<p>Both Jones and Kirk made contact with each other on the play, but Jones was called for the key penalty, a spot foul that gave the Texans the ball at the two-yard line.<\/p>\n<p>They eventually took the lead when Mills ran the ball for a 14-yard touchdown with 31 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>On the CBS broadcast, J.J. AP<\/p>\n<p>It was the worst blown loss in franchise history for the Jaguars \u2014 and\u00a0the second-largest comeback in franchise history for Houston.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe reality is we gave up a 19-point lead to lose the game,\u201d Jacksonville head coach Liam Coen said. \u201cPart of winning in the National Football League is sustaining a lead. We just needed one stop and didn\u2019t get one.
