PHOENIX (AZFamily)<\/b> \u2014 Police are seeking information on a hit-and-run that killed a man in west Phoenix on Sunday night.<\/p>\n

Just before 8:45 p.m., officers responded to the area of 35th Avenue and Roosevelt Street<\/a> on reports of a person who was hit by a car, according to the Phoenix Police Department.<\/p>\n

When police arrived, they found a man who was critically hurt, according to Phoenix Police. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later died.<\/p>\n

The vehicle that hit the man did not stay on the scene, and anyone with information is encouraged to call Silent Witness at 480(WITNESS) or 480(TESTIGO). <\/p>\n

The investigation is ongoing. <\/p>\n
