{"id":36955,"date":"2025-07-04T02:54:11","date_gmt":"2025-07-04T02:54:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/36955\/"},"modified":"2025-07-04T02:54:11","modified_gmt":"2025-07-04T02:54:11","slug":"sean-diddy-combs-lawyer-involved-in-courthouse-emergency","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/36955\/","title":{"rendered":"Sean &#8216;Diddy&#8217; Combs&#8217; lawyer involved in courthouse emergency"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Wednesday\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/07\/02\/us-news\/sean-diddy-combs-convicted-at-bombshell-nyc-sex-trafficking-trial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">drama in the Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs case <\/a>extended to the courthouse hallway as well \u2014 where members of the embattled rap mogul\u2019s legal team rushed to help a man having a seizure.<\/p>\n<p>Immediately after Combs\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/07\/02\/us-news\/diddy-denied-bail-after-being-found-guilty-of-prostituion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">failed bid to get released on bail <\/a>Wednesday afternoon, the jailed hip-hop tycoon\u2019s lead lawyer Marc Agnifilo left the 26th-floor courtroom in Manhattan federal court and saw a man collapse to the ground, Agnifilo recalled to The Post.<\/p>\n<p>The veteran defense attorney \u2014 who had been on his way to meet with Combs in a holding cell inside the Lower Manhattan courthouse \u2014 then straddled the ailing man, who was hitting his head on the marble floor, and laid him on his side so that he wouldn\u2019t choke on his tongue or vomit, he said.<\/p>\n<p>Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs\u2019 lawyers gather outside Manhattan Federal Court after rap mogul is denied bail. Mayer\/ MEGA<\/p>\n<p>Agnifilo\u2019s law partner Jacob Kaplan then placed his backpack under the man\u2019s head, while his daughter Sofia Agnifilo, who\u2019s working for the firm as a paralegal, and a member of Combs\u2019 family helped make sure the man was breathing and checked his pulse, the lawyer said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI can\u2019t imagine a busier five-minute period in my life,\u201d Agnifilo said Thursday. \u201cI\u2019m going down to see Combs, everything was so intense, and my mind was on the case, and I walk out, and a man falls and is clearly seizing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt seemed pretty dire. I was worried about him,\u201d Agnifilo added. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve just dealt with lots of seizures,\u201d the lawyer further explained. \u201cI just know exactly what to do because I\u2019ve dealt with this before.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Diddy\u2019s lawyer rushes to save seizing civilian with blood \u201cpouring from his mouth\u201d following trial verdict. New York Post<\/p>\n<p>Agnifilo straddled the ailing man, who was hitting his head on the marble floor, and laid him on his side so that he wouldn\u2019t choke on his tongue or vomit. New York Post<\/p>\n<p>After the man appeared to stabilize, Agnifilo said he left the scene before EMS workers arrived.
