SAN DIEGO (KGTV) \u2014 The California Highway Patrol says a minivan led a vehicle pursuit from Ventura County into San Diego County on Monday. <\/p>\n

According to CHP, the pursuit started at 10:57 a.m., as officers chased a grey Toyota Sienna that was possibly stolen.<\/p>\n
The minivan reached San Diego County early Monday afternoon, evading officers on I-5 and I-805 south.<\/p>\n
According to KABC, a woman who is believed to have mental health issues was driving the minivan. The pursuit started from Santa Clarita, KABC reports.<\/p>\n
As of 1 p.m., the pursuit was still ongoing. Sky 10 captured visuals of the chase from above.<\/p>\n
