Photographers were given a set of wild instructions ahead of Chappell Roan\u2019s red carpet appearance at the 2025 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame ceremony <\/a>on Saturday.<\/p>\n

In a video circulating on social media<\/a>, a red carpet attendant warns photographers that the \u201cPink Pony Club\u201d singer is approaching.<\/p>\n

\u201cOK, Chappell\u2019s coming. No one will yell at her or she will leave,\u201d the woman is heard saying. \u201cEveryone, be quiet, be nice, be smiling.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a video circulating online, a red carpet attendant was heard instructing photographers to \u201cbe quiet, be nice, be smiling\u201d when the singer arrived. FilmMagic<\/p>\n

While some photographers appeared to laugh at the demands, the \u201cHot to Go\u201d singer was indeed treated respectfully on the carpet. In turn, she obliged to their requests.<\/p>\n

\u201cCan you do a spin for us, please?\u201d a man asked politely as Roan responded by turning to her other side.<\/p>\n

\u201cFantastic,\u201d the photographer encouraged.<\/p>\n

Roan\u2019s rep didn\u2019t immediately respond to Page Six\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n

Roan appeared to have a respectful interaction with photographers at the event, as one man politely asked her to turn, and she obliged. FilmMagic<\/p>\n

A month later, she called out another photographer<\/a> during Olivia Rodrigo\u2019s \u201cGuts World Tour\u201d movie premiere in Los Angeles, claiming he had been \u201cdisrespectful\u201d to her at a previous event.<\/p>\n

The individual was not shown on camera, but he seemed to disagree with Roan. <\/p>\n

Still, she didn\u2019t back down.<\/p>\n

\u201cI need an apology for that. Yeah, yep, you do. \u2026. You need to apologize to me,\u201d she said, before a person eventually stepped in to escort her back to the red carpet.<\/p>\n

Amid her battle for respect on red carpets, Roan has been candid about her mental health struggles. She revealed last September that she was diagnosed with severe depression.<\/a><\/p>\n

She theorized her depression stemmed from her life changing rapidly after she experienced a meteoric rise to fame.<\/p>\n

\u201cEverything that I really love to do now comes with baggage,\u201d she explained in an interview with the Guardian. \u201cIf I want to go thrifting, I have to book security and prepare myself that this is not going to be normal.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cGoing to the park, pilates, yoga \u2013 how do I do this in a safe way where I\u2019m not going to be stalked or harassed?\u201d she asked.<\/p>\n
