The initial investigation has found that a motorcycle was eastbound when it collided with an ATV that had been parked on the roadway.<\/p>\n<p>A passerby performed CPR on the motorcycle rider until Cornwall-SDG Paramedics arrived on the scene and began life-saving measures. The individual was pronounced deceased at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>The deceased has been identified as a 40-year-old male who had been staying in the North Grenville area. His family has been notified. The investigation, by SD&amp;G OPP and Technical Collision Investigators with the OPP\u2019s East Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) Team, is continuing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"&#13; A motorcycle rider has died after colliding with an ATV that was parked on a roadway.
