\n\tAmy Schumer<\/a> is starting fresh on social media.<\/p>\n

\n\tSchumer took to Instagram<\/a> on Wednesday afternoon to clarify why she deleted all photos on her account. \u201cI didn\u2019t delete my old photos because they were pre me losing weight, I\u2019m proud of how I\u2019ve looked always,\u201d she wrote in part.<\/p>\n

\n\tSchumer continued, \u201cI have been working to be pain free and I finally am. My endometriosis is better. My back is healing. I no longer have Cushing syndrome so my face went back to normal. I am grateful to be strong and healthy especially for my son. But your Instagram is not your identity it\u2019s a curation of what you want the world to see and I feel great strong and beautiful and it\u2019s been fun sharing that. I didn\u2019t purposely go on a \u2018weight loss<\/a> journey\u2019 that\u2019s a fine thing to go on. But my focus has been on health. I\u2019m sure my weight will always fluctuate.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tOn Thursday night, she announced she had wiped her Instagram by posting a carousel of four pictures, wearing a red mini dress and black pumps. She captioned the post: \u201cBack on my staircase bullshit again \u2026 I actually left my house tonight. Who\u2019s proud? I\u2019m feeling good and happy. Deleted my old pics for no reason!\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe post showed the Kinda Pregnant <\/a>star revealing a new look as a result of her weight loss medication. She has previously said that she took Ozempic<\/a> initially and said the experience<\/a> was \u201chorrible\u201d and \u201cmakes you extremely prone to nausea,\u201d which caused her to be sick during her pregnancy. \u201cI tried Ozempic almost three years ago and I was bedridden, I was vomiting, and then you have no energy. But other people take it and they\u2019re all good, so I know God bless them,\u201d she said on The Howard Stern Show<\/a> in January.<\/p>\n

\n\tEarlier this year, she revealed on Instagram<\/a> (in a now-deleted post) that she started taking weight loss medication Wegovy\u00a0and endured bad side effects. Her most recent medication has been Mounjaro, with which she\u2019s had a \u201creally good experience.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Trainwreck<\/a> actress has previously been vocal about her weight. She opened up about having underwent liposuction. \u201cIt\u2019s not about needing to be slamming, because I\u2019ve never been famous for being hot, but I\u2019d reached a place where I was tired of looking at myself in the mirror,\u201d she told The Hollywood Reporter<\/a> in 2022.<\/p>\n
