\u00a0FLEMING ISLAND \u2013\u00a0Baptist Health has once again been recognized for its commitment\u00a0to advancing health care delivery and enhancing the patient experience through technology.\u00a0<\/p>\n
This is the third year in a row that the health system has earned the prestigious level 10\u00a0designation \u2013 the highest possible recognition \u2013 for the acute and ambulatory categories in the \u201cDigital Health Most Wired\u201d survey conducted by the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME).\u00a0<\/p>\n
This places Baptist Health, including the Clay campus,\u00a0among an elite group of 18 organizations worldwide, out of 50,000 surveyed, to achieve this top honor from the world\u2019s largest network of health care IT professionals.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Achieving level 10 status in this international benchmarking program is a testament to Baptist Health\u2019s rigorous approach to digital transformation and the meaningful implementation of innovative health strategies and evidence-based outcomes in acute and ambulatory care environments. Participants are ranked from one to 10, with levels nine and 10 reserved for healthcare technology leaders who are driving the industry forward through\u00a0cutting-edge\u00a0digital initiatives.\u00a0<\/p>\n
A key factor in Baptist Health\u2019s recognition is its commitment to enhancing the patient experience through user-friendly digital platforms, including the My Baptist Chart patient portal and the Baptist Access wayfinding app. These tools provide patients with\u00a0timely, personalized support, making navigation of care easier than ever.\u00a0The health system\u2019s ongoing optimization of electronic health records and adoption of artificial intelligence tools, such as voice-driven AI, also helped differentiate it from its peers.<\/p>\n
