Kim Kardashian<\/strong><\/a> revealed who was threatening her from prison \u2014 and whether the hit out on her life was legitimate.<\/p>\n

During the Thursday, November 13, episode of The Kardashians<\/a>, Kim, 45, discussed the \u201clife-alterating\u201d revelation that her life was in danger.<\/p>\n

\u201cSomeone from prison was like, \u2018This person put a hit out on your life.\u2019 I got a call from an attorney that was hearing from the guys inside that there was a hit out on me. \u2029They said that someone extremely close to me \u2014 they used to be in my life \u2014 had put a hit out on my life,\u201d she revealed.<\/p>\n

Kim explained the safety precautions she went through in order to take the threat \u201cseriously.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI switch out all my cars, I don\u2019t drive [in certain places] and I don\u2019t go out,\u2019\u201d she explained. \u201cIt was time consuming because I had to meet with attorneys and investigators. \u2029It was definitely scary. It\u2019s definitely scary to know or to feel that energy out there.\u201d<\/p>\n

The reality star ultimately learned that the lead \u201cwasn\u2019t real,\u201d telling producers, \u201cThe person just wanted some money and was gonna act like it was happening but they were gonna stop it. It was for me to be indebted to them. Whether it was real or not, it took a toll on me that week. \u2029It was a lot but then you have to move on.\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition to the revelation about her life potentially being in danger, viewers are also still expecting an update<\/a> on her health after the season 7 trailer showed Kim was seen lying in an MRI machine before telling sister Kourtney Kardashian<\/strong> that the scan found \u201ca little aneurysm.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kim hinted that \u201cstress\u201d was to blame for the aneurysm, which is swelling in a blood vessel in your brain. After causing concern off screen, Kim was asked about her health on Good Morning America, where she explained, \u201cI had to end up going and getting tons of other brain scans at Cedars-Sinai [Medical Center].\u201d<\/p>\n

The reality star noted that Hulu viewers would need to \u201ctune in next week\u201d<\/a> for more details before clarifying that \u201ceverything works out\u201d for her. Kim said her Prenuvo was \u201cjust a good measure to make sure you always check everything.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHealth is wealth,\u201d she added. \u201cAnd you just have to be careful with everything that you do.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kim\u2019s health scare came amid her years-long attempt to become an attorney. After previously passing the \u201cbaby bar\u201d exam, Kim said she would become a qualified lawyer before the end of the year.<\/p>\n

Kim continued: \u201cI know my dad would be so proud and he would actually be so shocked to know that this is my path now but he would have been my best study partner. I am told he was notorious for making fun of people who didn\u2019t pass on their first attempt like he did, but he would have been my biggest cheerleader!\u201d<\/p>\n
