These include the maple-shoyu sausage and soy-cured yolk ramen and the apple-smoked bacon, Parmesan, and fried egg mazemen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph n2hx75i _1knl15h1 _1knl15h0 cej01i1\">It\u2019s a reservations-only restaurant, <a href=\"https:\/\/resy.com\/cities\/new-york-ny\/venues\/ramen-by-ra\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bookable on Resy<\/a> for the six-seat space during daytime hours, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for 45-minute seatings (There is no on-site bathroom). For a more casual approach, Purdie is also operating a takeout window where she\u2019ll sell to-go shoyu broths (flavors like citrus, sesame, spicy, and espresso) and breakfast bao such as bacon-egg-cheese and lox.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, Meadow Lane is legit opening<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph n2hx75i _1knl15h1 _1knl15h0 cej01i1\">It\u2019s been a long time coming: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grubstreet.com\/article\/meadow-lane-sammy-nussdorf-nyc-opening.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">long-delayed<\/a> fancy grocery and food shop <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meadowlane.nyc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meadow Lane<\/a> is finally, officially opening on Friday, November 14, in Tribeca at 355 Greenwich Street, near Harrison Street. Founder Sammy Nussdorf had been documenting his opening travails on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@brokebackcontessa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TikTok<\/a>, dealing with permitting issues and the such.
