Mike McCord said in an email. Both were taken to Arlington Police Department jail. While at the jail, one of the arrestees was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. <\/p>\n<p>Possession of less than a gram of a controlled substance in penalty group 1\/1-B is a state jail felony punishable by imprisonment of 180 days to two years in jail. Perpetrators may also receive a fine not exceeding $10,000. <\/p>\n<p>Prohibited substance or item in a correctional or civil commitment facility is a third-degree felony punishable by jail time between two and 10 years. Perpetrators may also receive a fine not exceeding $10,000. <\/p>\n<p>Fraudulent use or possession of identifying information under five items is a state jail felony punishable by imprisonment of 180 days to two years in jail, with the possibility of a fine not exceeding $10,000. <\/p>\n<p>Failure to identify is a class C misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $500, while giving false information to an officer is a class B misdemeanor punishable by a fine of no more than $2,000, confinement in jail of up to 180 days or both. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Criminal trespass and criminal mischief<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>On Nov. 9, a student reported that another student deleted his video game account, McCord said. <\/p>\n<p>If the offender has not been previously convicted of trespassing on higher education property, the offense is a class B misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $2,000, confinement in jail of up to 180 days or both. <\/p>\n<p>Criminal mischief with a pecuniary loss between $100 and $750 is a class B misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $2,000, confinement in jail for up to 180 days or both. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Possession of marijuana<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>On Nov. 8, an unaffiliated person was arrested on an outstanding warrant and for possessing marijuana. She was transported to Arlington Police Department jail, McCord said. <\/p>\n<p>Possession of marijuana of two ounces or less is a class B misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $2,000, up to 180 days in jail or both. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Reckless damage or destruction of property<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>On Nov. 7, a student reported damage to her vehicle while it was parked, McCord said. <\/p>\n<p>Reckless damage or destruction of property is a class C misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $500. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Publish\/threaten to publish intimate visual material and theft under $100<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>On Nov. 6, a student reported being the victim of a scam, McCord said. <\/p>\n<p>Publishing or threatening to publish intimate visual material is a state jail felony, punishable by imprisonment of 180 days to two years in jail, with the possibility of a fine not exceeding $10,000.
