This rookie op goes by the name\u00a0<strong>Koobrew<\/strong>, and is the vision of owner and brewmaster\u00a0<strong>Koo Miyake<\/strong>, who\u2019s not only crafting beers, but also exotic alcoholic beverages that go beyond ales and lagers. Listen in as the BFB crew samples an English\u00a0Brown Ale (quite the rarity in San Diego County), followed by an eyebrow-raising taste of a hard sparkling tea infused with yuzu and ashwagandha called Magical Yuzu.
