{"id":385461,"date":"2025-11-17T15:16:22","date_gmt":"2025-11-17T15:16:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/385461\/"},"modified":"2025-11-17T15:16:22","modified_gmt":"2025-11-17T15:16:22","slug":"uxbridge-firefighters-struck-by-vehicle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/385461\/","title":{"rendered":"Uxbridge firefighters struck by vehicle"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Durham Regional Police say three firefighters are seriously injured after being hit by an approaching vehicle while on the scene of a crash. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Three volunteer firefighters were hospitalized after police say they were struck by a vehicle while responding to a crash scene in Uxbridge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">First-responders were called to the area of Wagg Road and Highway 47 on Sunday night for a reported collision. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Three firefighters who responded to the scene were struck by an approaching vehicle, according to police. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">They were taken to a Toronto-area hospital with serious injuries but non-life-threatening injuries.
