Here\u2019s a left-hander who fits the Cubs\u2019 needs perfectly. He\u2019s been quite consistent over the last four seasons, even though he\u2019s maxed out at 29 starts (2022). Over those four years he\u2019s made 104 starts and posted a 3.59 ERA and 1.287 WHIP.
