It expanded to Southlake a few years later. Next comes Frisco in mid-2026, with Lakewood after that, the chef and co-founder said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">\u201cWe\u2019ve been looking in Lakewood for a long time,\u201d he said. (Before that, he worked at Abacus, Driftwood and Casa Rubia, three now-closed restaurants with reputations for selling good food.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Other restaurants in the Big Dill family include <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/restaurant-news\/2024\/08\/19\/even-coast-restaurant-addison-dallas-open\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/restaurant-news\/2024\/08\/19\/even-coast-restaurant-addison-dallas-open\/\">Even Coast, a seafood and steak spot near Addison<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/restaurant-news\/2025\/07\/23\/when-will-casa-brasa-maroma-open-dallas-restaurants\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/restaurant-news\/2025\/07\/23\/when-will-casa-brasa-maroma-open-dallas-restaurants\/\">Casa Brasa, a Latin grill that opened in late October 2025 on Preston Road<\/a>, near the Park Cities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Muchacho features food Flores grew up eating in El Paso. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Even as his company opens other restaurants, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/restaurant-news\/2025\/07\/23\/when-will-casa-brasa-maroma-open-dallas-restaurants\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/restaurant-news\/2025\/07\/23\/when-will-casa-brasa-maroma-open-dallas-restaurants\/\">coastal Mexican spot Maroma<\/a> coming soon in the Design District, Muchacho is the one growing fastest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Muchacho will be at 1901 Abrams Road, Dallas.
