Pay incentives to lure businesses to the area; no thought of where the employees of those businesses will live, the impact and cost of additional roads and schools. How to get money to pay for the incentives? Pay more incentives to lure more businesses to the area, increase taxes, etc.<\/p>\n<p>And it\u2019s nothing new. Years ago higher occupancy limits were mandated for condos and other communities with occupancy limits as a solution to housing shortages even though the properties were designed for lower limits. ADUs are just a variation \u2014 i.e., government putting a burden on the people as a solution to its poor planning.
