REX

jrex@timesobserver.com

This article is part of the “Meet Your Neighbor Monday” series, highlighting the stories of individuals who make Warren County a special place to live. If you have a suggestion for a person to profile, email jrex@timesobserver.com

Cassandra Galbier, Warren native, has returned to her hometown with a mission on her mind and “pouring” her heart and time into every drop of what she is doing here.

A 2001 Warren High School graduate, Galbier went on to Penn State University to obtain her teaching degree and while a freshman in college she was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease. She eventually taught in the public schools for a time but then started down a path of health and wellness including attending massage school.

Galbier is passionate about educating people on how to live their best life, which of course starts with health. Once employed by Whole Health Chiropractic, Galbier next owned a A New Day Massage and Yoga Studio in Warren that has since become home to another Yoga studio – Peace, Love, Wellness – owned by another Warren native, Kelly Wright.

Galbier’s background along with her personal health struggles, and the struggles that some of her family has experienced, are key to why she does what she does. In 2013 Galbier’s mother was diagnosed with cancer. In 2015, after Galbier needed surgery, she decided to hire a naturopathic doctor where she learned about water and the toxins it can contain in both drinking water and shower water. It was the first thing she changed in order to restore her body back to health.

A few years later, Galbier became a mother and “motherhood changes you” and so things shifted in her life and her purpose. In 2020, Galbier found herself in Hawaii working for a luxury wellness resort as a wellness practitioner and continued to learn more and more about water and filtration systems available that remove the bad yet keep the good. One of her recommendations is to drink water first thing when you wake-up, then wait 30 minutes before eating breakfast. This allows the stomach acid to aid in the digestion process as it was designed to be.

“The missing link is often purer water, and there’s such a resistance to looking at it for some reason; interesting that it’s the last place people want to look,” she said.

Having returned to Warren this year so that her son can be with family that are still here, she works hard and loves being a homeschooling (single) mother and entrepreneur. Right now she is spending part of her time here in Warren and part in Hawaii. Earlier this year, Galbier suffered from a Crohn’s Disease flare-up that occurred when she left her water system here in Pennsylvania while returning to Hawaii. She was not sure she’d make it but when she got out of the hospital, she got a hold of her water filter and ionizer and it played a major role in her ability to heal.

“It was a huge coming to God moment… I didn’t know if I was going to live,” Galbier said.

So then she asked: “Okay, God what do you have for me?”

Through her community wellness programs, Galbier encourages faith in action, integrating these values into daily rituals. By promoting clean water advocacy and offering practical solutions, she empowers individuals and families to thrive physically and spiritually. Rooted in faith, her work is dedicated to creating a healthier, more connected future for children and their families worldwide.

“My mission is education.. So many people don’t know what they don’t know,” Galbier said. “And because of that, they get taken advantage of because of marketing so there are companies in every town that scam people into getting water systems.”

The name “7 Living Waters” is from the seven pillars as the foundation of Galbier’s mission for her company, designed to bring wholeness and peace of mind through whole house filtration, sink and shower filters, water and spa ionizers, EMF protection, nourishing nutrition, a faith-centered community, and water business mentorship. Together, these pillars support a healthier home, a vibrant body, and a purposeful life, rooted in the living waters that flow from the inside out. Galbier is currently giving presentations and trying to partner with churches, wellness studios, chiropractic offices, fitness, and other businesses or organizations that have a health focus.

“My goal here is to get as many people here as possible the access and knowledge to the best solutions for their home and in particular their children,” Galbier said when asked about her goal for Warren.

Pennsylvania parents will soon be notified if their child’s school is the site of a weapon-related incident. …

The Warren City Council held meetings on Nov. 5, Nov. 10 and Nov. 13 to work on the 2026 city budget.

The Warren …

Photo submitted to the Times Observer Cassandra Galbier, founder of 7 Living Waters, is pictured.
