Designed to accommodate 650 students, the project is situated on a former railyard adjacent to the city&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archdaily.com\/tag\/train-station\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">train station<\/a> and within walking distance of the town center.
