JACKSONVILLE, Fla.<\/strong> \u2013 Florida Lt. Gov. Jay Collins is scheduled to speak Tuesday afternoon at a retirement community in Jacksonville.<\/p>\n

Collins will be joined for the news conference by Florida Department of Elder Affairs Secretary Michelle Branham.<\/p>\n

They will speak at 2:30 p.m. at Cypress Village, a retirement community on Middleton Park Circle in Jacksonville.<\/p>\n

News4JAX will stream the news conference live and will share updates afterward.<\/p>\n
