Dallas will soon have one"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">An \u201cupscale\u201d Torchy\u2019s Tacos is expected to open in Uptown Dallas in 2026, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/business\/real-estate\/2025\/08\/14\/granite-properties-unveils-highly-anticipated-luxury-office-tower\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/business\/real-estate\/2025\/08\/14\/granite-properties-unveils-highly-anticipated-luxury-office-tower\/\">in the 23Springs development<\/a> near Cedar Springs Road and Maple Avenue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The 26-story office tower will have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/restaurant-news\/2024\/09\/03\/23springs-dallas-development-restaurants-elephante-pizza-little-rubys-cafe-coffee\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/restaurant-news\/2024\/09\/03\/23springs-dallas-development-restaurants-elephante-pizza-little-rubys-cafe-coffee\/\">other restaurants on the property including Little Ruby\u2019s Cafe and Elephante<\/a>. Torchy\u2019s will be the most casual spot among them, although it\u2019s designed with a new layout and \u201chigher-end finishes,\u201d according to Brandon Rathert, director of brand marketing and communication for the Austin-born taco shop.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Much about Uptown Dallas\u2019 coming-soon Torchy\u2019s Tacos will match what consumers already know from the brand, however. The menu will be the same as at other locations. Prices will be consistent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The restaurant is considered \u201cupscale\u201d because it will feature a new design. It\u2019s also smaller than most Torchy\u2019s, at 2,500 square feet. Torchy&#8217;s is expected to open at 23Springs in summer 2026. <\/p>\n<p>Granite Properties<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Adding a Texas-based taco shop to 23Springs allows for a \u201cgreat mix of diversity and culinary creativity\u201d at the development, said Paul Bennett, senior managing director of Granite Properties.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">\u201cWe want to encourage our customers and the community to enjoy the neighborhood park, relax on the patios and dine at our restaurants,\u201d he said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">He noted the \u201cgreat price point\u201d at Torchy\u2019s.
