The Filipino bakery and restaurant, at 1001 N. Winchester Ave., which frequently draws lines around the block, joins Ever and Oriole as Chicago&#8217;s two-star rated spots, along with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcchicago.com\/news\/local\/michelin-guide-demotes-alinea-to-2-star-status\/3850889\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.nbcchicago.com\/news\/local\/michelin-guide-demotes-alinea-to-2-star-status\/3850889\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alinea<\/a>, which recently went down from three stars to two. <\/p>\n<p>Feld, a tasting-menu restaurant in Ukrainian Village that opened in 2024, was honored with its first Michelin star at Tuesday&#8217;s ceremony. It also earned a &#8220;Green&#8221; star in the Michelin Guide, which is awarded to restaurants that combine culinary excellence with initiatives to reduce their environmental impact.<\/p>\n<p>Feld joins <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcchicago.com\/video\/entertainment\/chicago-today\/daisies-expands-to-huge-new-logan-square-spot-with-pastry-program-and-cafe\/3189205\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.nbcchicago.com\/video\/entertainment\/chicago-today\/daisies-expands-to-huge-new-logan-square-spot-with-pastry-program-and-cafe\/3189205\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Daises<\/a>, in Logan Square, as the only two restaurants in the city to have earned a Green Star. <\/p>\n<p>Feld now joins 14 other one star-rated restaurants in the city. <\/p>\n<p>A full list of restaurants with Michelin stars in Chicago <a href=\"https:\/\/guide.michelin.com\/us\/en\/article\/michelin-guide-ceremony\/michelin-stars-in-the-michelin-guide-chicago-2025\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/guide.michelin.com\/us\/en\/article\/michelin-guide-ceremony\/michelin-stars-in-the-michelin-guide-chicago-2025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">can be found here<\/a>. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Editor&#8217;s Note: The video in the player above is from a previous report.
