No matter the season, you won\u2019t be hard-pressed to\u00a0fill an entire day here: Spend an afternoon searching for your next thrift score at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/chicago\/shopping\/shangri-la-vintage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Shangri-La Vintage<\/a>,\u00a0fuel up on mole enchiladas at the family-owned <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/chicago\/restaurants\/cafe-el-tapatio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cafe El Tapatio<\/a>\u00a0and round out the day by throwing back limoncello \u201cfizz\u201d shots and dollar oysters at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/chicago\/restaurants\/volo-restaurant-wine-bar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Volo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>What makes a street cool, exactly?
