Depending on the variety, research shows that 100 grams of blueberries contain 387-487 milligrams of anthocyanins. That&#8217;s a lot compared to cantaloupe, which contains 0 milligrams, and red apples, which contain only 12 milligrams. However, the count of anthocyanins in blueberries is similar to that of other berries. One cup of blackberries packs 8 grams of fiber.
