Warsaw said Tuesday that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.eu\/article\/polish-rail-track-sabotaged-by-ukrainians-working-for-russia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">military-grade C-4 explosives had been used<\/a> in what appeared to be an unsuccessful attempt to derail a train and film the ensuing carnage.
