Friday evening off the coast of Florida.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-chromatic=\"ignore\" alt=\"\" class=\"c-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/https:\/\/cloudfront-us-east-1.images.arcpublishing.com\/cmg\/UUR4B34WEZDLHEP4IAWKV7O2XQ.png\" width=\"1440\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"ImageMetadata__MetadataParagraph-sc-1htor29-0 jibCgM image-metadata\">Tropical Depression 3 Tracking the path and impacts of Tropical Depression 3 <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 jsuuLb body-paragraph\">The system will head near Charleston, South Carolina. A tropical storm watch has been issued for portions of the state, but it is not expected to have significant impacts. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-chromatic=\"ignore\" alt=\"\" class=\"c-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/https:\/\/cloudfront-us-east-1.images.arcpublishing.com\/cmg\/3S4J7WQY6BDJLLOIXFNMUVGZ4Q.png\" width=\"1440\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"ImageMetadata__MetadataParagraph-sc-1htor29-0 jibCgM image-metadata\">Tropical Depression 3 Tracking the path and impacts of Tropical Depression 3 <\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 jsuuLb body-paragraph\">The First Alert Weather Team says heavy rainfall from the system will cause some flash flooding from Saturday through Monday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 jsuuLb body-paragraph\">If tropical depression #3 does become a tropical storm, it will be named \u201cChantal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 jsuuLb body-paragraph\">There will be no direct impacts to Northeast Florida or Southeast Georgia, but rip current risk is higher at the beaches.<\/p>\n<p><img
