HOUSTON, Texas <\/strong> \u2013 A female delivery driver is recovering in the hospital after she was shot by another delivery driver Wednesday night.<\/p>\n

Houston police responded to reports of a shooting around 7 p.m. in the 700 block of Shepherd Drive. <\/p>\n

Investigators say the woman, a contracted delivery driver, arrived at a warehouse to pick up orders where another contracted driver was already present.<\/p>\n

Police say the two got into an argument, both pulled out guns, and the woman was shot. <\/p>\n

Despite her injuries, officers say she managed to get into her car, drive away, and call 911.<\/p>\n

The male driver stayed at the scene. It\u2019s unclear at this time whether he will face charges.<\/p>\n
