They use lean freshly ground beef, which is cooked to order and served on a toasted sponge dough bun.<\/p>\n<p>The first Fatburger opened in Los Angeles in 1947 by Lovie Yancey. <\/p>\n<p>If you check it out, lean into the add-ons section, which includes bacon, eggs, chili and onion rings. They also have a 1,000 Island Burger, a Skinnyburger (two patties as the bun), an Impossible Burger and a Turkeyburger.<\/p>\n<p>The Works burger is the introductory experience and comes with all the basics (LTO, mayo, mustard, pickles and relish).<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s been a minute, but the couple of times I\u2019ve had Fatburger in Arlington, it\u2019s been really good. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Fatburger opens first Dallas location.
