Despite repeated requests, the city has not fixed or replaced it.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 kDvXdO font_openSans articleList\">\n<li class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__StackBase-sc-1fnzlkn-7 ecGWWE iQviKm\"\/><\/ul>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">\u201cSo we pile it up in our garage in plastic bags or outside, or we put it in our neighbors. They help us out,\u201d Sandt said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Many neighbors face similar struggles, according to 311 service records. Investigations uncovered numerous requests for bin repairs that expired and were closed without the problems being resolved.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">New residents have also reported problems securing household garbage and recycling bins in a timely manner.
